I am an Edmonton-based photographer with a background in photojournalism and sports photography. After attending Loyalist College’s Photojournalism program, I shot for Canadian newspapers in Ontario, Alberta, and BC.
Throughout my career, I have covered all levels of competitive sports, from minor leagues to the CFL, NBA, and NHL. I excel at capturing impactful images both on the field of play and behind the scenes.
I specialize in sports action photography, capturing the speed, intensity, and emotion that define the game. My approach comes from years as a daily newspaper photojournalist, where deadlines were tight and every frame had to tell a story. That training taught me to deliver under pressure, in any venue, at any level of play.
I shoot hockey, baseball, football, soccer, basketball: any sport, any level. My work combines editorial precision with a journalist's instinct for the decisive moment, producing images that meet publication standards and convey the narrative of competition.
I bring the same professional standards to every shoot, whether it's the CFL, the NHL, or a U15 game in St. Albert. Your athlete gets the same focus, skill, and equipment that photo desks demand at the pro level.
I won't waste your time with filler shots of players standing around between plays. I deliver clean, sharp, sports-editorial work: the kind you see on broadcasts and in publications. If you want your athlete to look like they belong in the big leagues, that's what I'm here for.
I have a streamlined process for capturing, editing, and delivering images, built for speed without compromising quality. I use the same industry-standard tools trusted by photographers shooting in pro stadiums and arenas worldwide.
You shouldn't wait two weeks for your photos. I typically deliver within 12 hours of your event, never more than 24. For gameday coverage, I can deliver between periods and immediately after the final whistle.
